Welcome to Urus88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and Urus88, governing your use of all services, features, content, and products made available through the website located at urus88.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

Urus88 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Malaysian market and other permitted jurisdictions. Our services include, but are not limited to, sports wagering, live casino games, online slots, lottery-style products, and arcade games. To register and maintain an account with Urus88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• Not a Self-Excluded Individual: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service that would otherwise prohibit your access.
• Not an Urus88 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are ineligible to hold active player accounts.

To access the full range of Urus88 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing the information required on the registration form, which includes, but is not limited to:

• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (MYR for Malaysian users)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Urus88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Urus88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagering activities on the Platform are conducted by you voluntarily and at your own risk. Urus88 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from any game or sporting event.
• Games offered on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined solely by these mechanisms and are not subject to human interference.
• You will not use any software, hardware, or technique — including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or collusion networks — to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Urus88 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses attributable to service downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• All currency amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Transactions via cryptocurrency are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Urus88 supports a range of Malaysian-preferred deposit and withdrawal channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30, unless a specific promotion stipulates a higher threshold.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Only funds in your Real Money Balance (as defined in Section 2) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• Identity Verification: Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily. Urus88 may request supporting documents including a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status and payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be processed faster, subject to network confirmation times.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must, where practicable, be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a requirement under our AML compliance obligations.
• Transaction Fees: Urus88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers or blockchain network fees may apply and are the User's responsibility.

Urus88 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while contributions from certain slot games and live casino products may vary. Full contribution tables are available on the relevant promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Urus88 monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, account collusion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonuses without genuine play intent. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Withdrawal of Bonus: If a User requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and only the deposited Real Money Balance (less any amounts wagered from real money funds) will be returned.

All wagers placed on the Urus88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, event-specific, or game-specific rules published within the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is generated. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — Urus88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical glitch or human error), Urus88 reserves the right to void affected wagers, regardless of whether a settlement has been processed. Affected funds will be returned to the User's balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game type. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Urus88 may adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion, particularly in response to consistent profitable betting patterns.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on live football, Liga Super Malaysia matches, EPL fixtures, UFC events, and other live sporting events are subject to faster market suspension and potential delay in bet confirmation due to real-time event volatility. Once confirmed, live bets are binding.
• Game Integrity: In the event a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform.
• Disconnections: Urus88 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet or device disconnection during active game sessions. Game state is recorded server-side and will reflect the last confirmed action prior to disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Urus88 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting pricing errors in a systematic manner;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's underlying code or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on Platform systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

All content on the Urus88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Urus88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content solely for the purpose of using the services as an authorised account holder. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Urus88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urus88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform;
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Urus88's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Urus88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward Platform staff or other users;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements;
• The User's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure for breach, Urus88 may withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where closure is at the User's own request without cause, any available Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method.

Urus88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all registered users with access to the following protective tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a defined period of play.

Urus88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Game outcome disputes will be reviewed against server-side logs, which constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game results. The Platform's records shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.

Urus88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations, Platform features, or business practices.

When material changes are made to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where the change is particularly significant, we may also notify active account holders via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Urus88 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
